The Reckoning Seminar

The Reckoning Seminar Series is a four-part equity leadership professional learning opportunity. It was developed specifically for MSAN leaders and facilitated by Dr. Darnisa Amante-Jackson, President and Co-Founder of the Disruptive Equity Education Project. The series supports MSAN district leaders as they create and strengthen strategic district level roadmaps to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging-based initiatives (DBIE) and engender a culture of difficult conversation, relational trust, a DEEP Ethos to support culturally sustaining DBIE work. These transformative seminars are designed to address group learning principles while engaging participants in awareness, reflection, inquiry, narratives, and shifting mindsets.
